My Honda Civic had activated it's Immobilizer when I replaced the battery and did not recognize the key. I called A-1 right at closing time but Ryan was able to schedule me the following morning. He came on time and began working. He cut me 2 new keys, but they would not program initially. He tried some programming options, still no-go. He then got another scanner and was able to determine that there was an ID issue with the ECU, which he was able to correct. The Immobilizer was deactivated and the car now starts normally with both new keys.I appreciate that Ryan continued to work methodically on the issue until it was solved.I'm happy to give Ryan and A-1 a 5-star review and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a locksmith.Jack

I needed a whole new key fob/key. I called A-1 Safe and Lock yesterday and my appointment was set for today. I met up with Mr. Kyle in a safe location being that he works from his work truck. Had a rocky start trying to get my key shaped right. But Mr..Kyle went above and beyond to make sure my key was perfect. He was very professional and informative. Update: Matt came out to repair the deadbolt on my storm door. He came hours before I expected and was extremely pleasant kind and knowledgeable. Just called again today to schedule a job and the fellow I spoke to was kind, helpful and easy to communicate with.
